Mercury
La macchina ha la caratteristica di arrotolare i tessuti uniformando la sua altezza in trama, attraverso un sistema di trasporto che avviene su due catene laterali corredate di spilli in acciaio inox.
Sono presenti due campi di lavoro: uno divergente in cui il tessuto spillato sulle cimosse viene alzato a misura desiderata, ed uno parallelo dove viene stabilizzato e arrotolato su un'anima di cartone.
In entrata della macchina sono presenti due tastacimosse che controllano i bordi del tessuto guidandoli esattamente sulle catena a spilli. In uscita il tessuto viene arrotolato per contatto su due cilindri a velocità differenziata fra di loro in modo da regolare la compattezza del rotolo, senza tensione.

Mercury
The machine has the characteristic to roll fabrics rendering weft weight uniform, through a transport system taking place on two lateral chains equipped with stainless steel pins.
It has two processing zones: one divergent where the pinned fabric on the selvages is raised to the desired width; the other parallel where it is stabilized and rolled onto a cardboard tube.
At the entry of the machine two selvage feelers check the edges of the fabric guiding them exactly on the pin chain. At the exit, the fabric is contact rolled on two cylinders with two differentiated speeds in order to set the compactness of the roll without any tension.

La macchina viene utilizzata per lo svolgimento del tessuto da rotolo ed il riavvolgimento dello stesso con la formazione di un altro rotolo. Durante questa operazione è possibile effettuare un pre-controllo visivo del tessuto e misurarne la sua lunghezza. L'arrotolatura viene effettuata tramite due cilindri motorizzati azionati singolarmente da inverter. Ares
The machine is used for the unwinding of the fabric from the roll and the rewinding of the same with the formation of another roll.
During this operation it is possible to visually pre-check the fabric and measure it.
The rolling is done by two motorized cylinders driven indipendently by Inverter. This feature allows to set the density of the roll in formation.
The rolling group is placed on a mobile truck to guarantee the alignment of the edge of the fabric.

La macchina è stata studiata per la preparazione dei tessuti in grandi rotoli e da qui sottoposti alle più svariate fasi di finissaggio. La buona preparazione è di grande importanza per il buon proseguo dei trattamenti e a tal fine è stato collocato, prima dello stoccaggio nell'accumulo J Box, un gruppo sbattitore con azione diritto e rovescio a contatto regolabile con cappe aspiranti per togliere le impurità grossolane dai tessuti greggi. Un successivo gruppo spazzolatore con azione diritto e rovescio a contatto regolabile con cappe aspiranti per togliere le impurità residue. Gruppi allargatori e centratori a doghe con lettura tessuto a tutta altezza garantiscono il perfetto allineamento del tessuto. Un gruppo zetatore facilita lo spostamento di pochi centimetri nella formazione del rotolo, in modo da impedire il sovrapporsi costante delle cimosse.

The machine is designed for the preparation of fabrics on big rolls will then be later finished using different processes.
Good preparation is extremely important for successful processing and our system is equipped with a beater unit located ahead of the J-box accumulation storage unit, with action on both sides of the fabric and adjustable contact with vacuum hoods that remove the larger impurities from the grey fabrics. La macchina considerata il capostipite da cui sono derivati gli altri nostri modelli, ha le caratteristiche basilari per trattare qualsiasi tipo di tessuto, conferendogli qualità visive e di tatto manuale.
La caratteristica particolare è il percorso inclinato del tessuto che permette una buona visibilità per eventuali difetti. Il percorso inclinato consente inoltre il distacco del tessuto dalla catena e la successiva arrotolatura in un tratto molto breve evitando deformazioni/stretching sul tessuto. Questa caratteristica la rende perfettamente idonea per lavorare vari tipi di tessuto compreso maglieria ed elasticizzati.
La macchina è di facile conduzione da parte dell’operatore in quanto azionata tramite display touch-screen, con comandi interfacciati sia in entrata, sia in uscita.

Urano
The machine can be considered the founder of the line from which all our other models descend. It has the basic features to treat any kind of fabric enhancing the visual quality and handle. The particular features is the tilted route of the fabric that allows a good visibility for the detection of any flaws. The tilted route allows also the detachment of the fabric form the chain and the following rolling in a very short section avoiding distortions/stretching on the fabric. This characteristic make it perfectly proper to work several kinds of fabric including knitwear and elasticated. Another feature is the ease of use by the operator as it is controlled by touch screen displays with interfaced controls on the entrance and exit.

Using Screen, it is possible to create specific working options, in order to handle every machine, engraving technology, optimizing raster parameters accordingly to working conditions even on printing side (as viscosity or fabric in use). Design creation centre will obtain o proper matching between original grayscale value and final result on fabrics.
TREEPAINT SOFTWARE MODULO COLORMIX
Colormix es un módulo dedicado por las recetas de color por su producción tradicional. Gracias a una interfaz abierta e intuitiva, es posible caracterizar las diferentes clases quÃmicas y sustratos que tienes en la empresa. La formulación de recetas de color, es a través de la selección de un colorimentrica de referencia o un tono de Pantone, y luego proceder a través de varios pasos:
Inicialmente se realiza una primera búsqueda de la muestra que tienes ser imitado en las recetas de archivos: el software muestra los colores similares a los que ya están en el archivo historicised
Donde no hay colores similares, se procede al cálculo automático de la receta, teniendo en cuenta criterios tales como la distancia cromática, metamerismo, la estabilidad, el sustrato, cualquier incompatibilidad entre los colorantes y no menos el precio de la receta obtenida.
La receta seleccionada se guarda en un archivo de trabajo, que registra información como el diseño, la variante y la prueba de color.

ColorMix dedicated software for traditional colour recipes generation. Thanks to a user friendly interface, it is possible to introduce company’s main colour definition for different chemicals and substrates. Recipe formulation will be done using a colour reference acquired from spectrophotometer, from pantone references and then user will be guided through different steps:
First step consists in search for the sample on actual archive, in order to control that a similar recipe could be present into recipe archive;
In case of negative result, it is than possible to proceed with automatic recipe calculation, considering al criteria as Colour distance, Methamery, stability, destination substrate, possible incompatibility factor between colorants and also price of the final recipe.

Makeraster is a software that permits you to obtain digital printing simulation using traditional printing, just using a reduced number of screens. ColorInstinc is a module for generation colour combinations. Starting from a separation (multichannel file or films), it is possible to generate in a very easy way since to 500 colourways in a single file. This generation can be done manually or automatically, thanks to a specific function that will create combination from the original colorway. Into this module is contained a strong colour calculation engine, specifically developed from TreePaint Software, it will handle all colour information, handling overlapping calculation, gamut matching on different devices, introducing proofing options; this will also permits to generate, manipulate and reproduce custom color charts, pantone charts and so on.
